RTP: Roof-Top Pool

In an effort to even out my farmer's tan, I spent the afternoon by a rooftop pool in Boston. 

Still have a long ways to go... hence no shirtless pics

Well, among other reasons...

I was 'decked' out in a few items from Infinities Store: swim trunks from Paul Smith and a pair of perforated nubuck Adidas sneakers. I went full retro, pairing them with a terry-cloth button front shirt and fedora.

Think: James Bond in Diamonds Are Forever or Pablo Picasso in the 50's.

Terry-cloth is essentially the material your beach towel is made out of. It's super absorbent and has a laid back, vacation-by-the-beach vibe. The terry-cloth texture, paired with stripes, paired with perforated leather, made for a subtly retro-chic afternoon. It called for piña coladas and tiny umbrellas. 

Really into all things vintage inspired these days. Everything old is new again, right?!
