It's just everything you think it could be and more-- these photos don't do it justice.

I'm going to write this post assuming you're going and just recommend everything we did that I loved. Cuz you should do it. 

Huge thank you to The Gates of Key West for putting us up. Their brand new resort is relaxing and airy, yet totally set up for tech junkies like me. Almost all of the rooms are poolside and barside, making either just a few steps from your bed. The bar and the headboards in the rooms have USB charging ports and there is a fully functional tablet bed-side. Minor details, but I was in blogger heaven. 

Definitely check out The Blind Pig food truck. It's parked on the property, right next to the pool and bar. Everything is like slap me good. We ate there every single day, probably multiple times a day. No joke. My fav was the breakfast tacos, but I'll let you be the judge.

We used Fury Key West for our snorkeling adventure. They also do jet skiing and other various water excursions but we were more into the ride and the margaritas that went along with it. Crystal blue water, so take a trip while you're down there. 

The Gates has these rad blue bikes you can rent. It's a bit of a ride to the other side of the island, but worth it. You get this beautiful coastal view the whole ride in. 

I brought my Grayers shorts and polo along with me. Grayers is basically my Spring go-to and these palm pain shorts just make sense at a resort. Or anywhere, really.
